Overview

The Opportunity: IST is looking for experienced Site Manager with experience managing staff & a passion for excellence & great customer service. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward supervisor, assistant manager and site manager positions.

Work schedule: 7am

  • 4pm Monday

  • Friday with 1hr lunch

Location: Raleigh, NC - building is on campus of NC State college

Compensation: $19.44 - $19.44. Paid Holidays, Paid Time OFF and Bonus opportunities available

Responsibilities

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a team of 2 staff

  • Approve staff time each week, write yearly staff reviews, write & present correction actions when needed

  • Approve monthly billing for site each month

  • Assist setting up conf rooms for executive events/meetings - layout food, drinks, ice buckets, plates

  • Complete work orders each day & confirm staff have completed their work orders

  • Monitor pantry & office supply levels each day...reorder when low

  • Monitor office copiers each day to ensure they are in good working order & filled with paper

  • Process - scan all incoming FedEx, UPS packages in to internal system & deliver to staff

  • Deliver USPS mail to staff each day

  • Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees.

  • Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met in regards to on-time delivery of services and quality of work.

  • Ensures all work standards are met on a consistent basis by IST site employees.

  • Accurately prepare and distribute management reports to the client in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Insures maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures.

  • Manages, trains and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensures the proper and safe use of all equipment used by employees.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or some college

  • Must have at least 1 - 3 years experience supervising or managing similar operations & staff

  • Experience working in a profesional office environment & dealing with executives

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees both one-on-one and during meetings

  • Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees

  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems

  • Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service

  • Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities

  • A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work

  • Lifting up to 50lbs pounds

  • Standing for long periods of time

  • Significant walking

  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
