Volt is immediately hiring a Site Leader in FRANKLIN, Tennessee 37067

As a Site Leader, you will be.

  • Someone with Attention to detail; ability to adapt and quick to learn new processes; document scanning experience; mail sorting experience; high-volume high-pressure environment; digital document processing; high level of quality check of documents; flexible schedule; ability to build on current processes and lead other team members along the way; ability to work with multiple personalities; professional and managerial experience.

  • Candidate will do High volume mail sorting, digital document processing, digital document archiving, facilitating daily workflow and related paperwork/logs. Guiding team in daily/weekly duties. Mentor newer team members.

  • There is extensive lifting of mail trays and boxes, standing while sorting mail but sitting is an option.

  • Candidate will move between two locations, Franklin TN and Nashville TN.

  • Candidate will start their day at either location or will not be required to move to the second location in same day.

  • Leads day-to-day operations of specified up to 2-person site, service or shift.

  • Develops, implements and reviews related procedures. Invoices accounts and interacts with customers and various business units to maintain an acceptable work environment. Responsible for assisting in the daily management of assigned facility by reporting and escalating facility related issues; assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer expectations are met. The Site Leader is the point person on site for customer issues and contract compliance for sites with no Site Manager assigned.

  • Responsible for effective implementation and management of client Service Excellence.

  • Understands Service Level Agreements and is able to execute and report on effectively achieving them.

  • Understands contractual obligations and is able to track compliance and remedies.

  • Functions as a document specialist or other operations worker.

  • May maintain daily routine functions to include creating/completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, reporting facility related issues, lending support as required.

  • Handles formal contact with the customer on a daily basis in MS.

  • May include interaction with contracted vendors, facility management and occupants.

  • May be required to escort vendors through tours, inspections or problem resolution.

  • Reports light bulb outages, plumbing issues, system malfunctions and assist in scheduling repairs as required.

  • May assist in small office moves to include movement of smaller items, assessing seating, layout needs and scheduling.

  • May be responsible to monitor levels and manage ordering of office supplies and stationery.

  • Conference room coordination and A/V equipment resource management.

  • Provides training on workflow and machine operations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field.

  • Experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions.

  • Experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs.

  • Experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.

  • Good organizational skills.

Duration: 2+ Months contract

Pay:?$17-19/hr

Shift Timing- 1st shift. (8am to 5pm)
