Site Coordinator

BASIC FUNCTION
This position is to provide operational support to the Williston campus by serving as a site Coordinator. The basic function will be as a resource to all campus partners to ensure the facilities are properly used, maintained, and secured. This position will serve a cross functional role in both Public Safety and Campus Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and supervise Public Safety officers
Oversee and supervise on site campus operations staff.
Provides guidance to campus community to follow safe operations and practices.
First point of contact regarding operations for students, Faculty, Staff, and campus guests.
Initial point of contact for all safety, security, access control needs
Provide campus partners with general information and point them to needed resources.
Oversees operational activities like identification, access control, physical mail and supporting Conference and Events.
Coordinates with outside vendors for operational elements
Provides onsite security; A sample of such activities include:
o Conduct rounds on a regular basis.
o Ensure spaces are secure when not in use and unlocked when needed.
o Ensuring parking compliance
o Responding to concerns
o Documenting incidents
o Etc.
o Manages snow removal and landscaping contract.
o Salting slippery walks
o Changing light bulbs
o Painting
o Etc.
Cleaning
Orders supplies; office supplies, etc.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Direct supervision received from The Associate Director of Public Safety for Randolph and Williston
and the Assistant Director of Campus Operations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Oversee and supervise Public Safety officers and on-site campus operations staff. May supervise work study student staff at times.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a complex operation within a vibrant, fast paced setting or
a similar combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are
acquired.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business or other appropriate discipline, plus three to four years of relevant
clerical and administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience from which
comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.

Location and hours: Williston campus. Monday-Friday. 1st shift. Occasionally night and weekend shifts based on campus needs.
