Site Coordinator

The role:

Join us at the GM Hills location to ensure the seamless operation of systems. As a Site Coordinator, your primary objective will be to optimize system productivity through meticulous planning, execution of preventive maintenance tasks, and providing expert technical support. Acting as the liaison between our company and customers on-site, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships. Reporting directly to the Key Customer Technical Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving system issues to uphold quality and productivity standards.
• Developing comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all systems.
• Overseeing or personally conducting maintenance tasks both within and outside the robot cell.
• Providing comprehensive training to customers on the proper utilization of systems and software.
• Offering technical assistance and guidance on all aspects of systems.
• Training fellow personnel in equipment maintenance procedures.
• Occasional out-of-state or international travel may be required for training or benchmarking purposes.
• This role is full-time with a flexible schedule, accommodating early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts based on workload demands.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving field equipment issues.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical comprehension.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
