Woodfords' Community Supports Program, also called Expeditions, is seeking a Full-time (40 hours) Site Coordinator to join our team in Westbrook, ME!
Position Summary
Expeditions is a community-based program that supports adult consumers with developmental and intellectual disabilities achieve independence through a variety of community-focused activities.
The Site Coordinator will provide support and oversight to the program through a combination of administrative and direct support duties. The Site Coordinator position will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the day-to-day functions and will be the primary contact for the program's daily operations.
Essential Duties Include:
Leading individual supervisions
Facilitating monthly team meetings
Active participation in calendar activity planning
Training new team members
Daily documentation oversight
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday through Friday - No weekends or evenings!
$22.00-24.00/hourly
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with adults with IDD/DD.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required.
Valid driver's license & use of reliable vehicle with current insurance
Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification, or successful completion of the full DSP course within 6 months of hire (Employees are paid by Woodfords when attending DSP training)
