Reybold is a Premier Construction and Property Management Company Seeking Laborers to join our growing Construction Team. Site Construction Laborers are responsible for safely and efficiently performing any combination of tasks related to heavy site work to earthwork, sewer installation/repair, E&S control, paving, and site utility work as necessary for a variety of construction projects.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Tasks in connection with the installation of drainage, sewer and/or water pipelines or conduits such as positioning, joining and sealing pipe sections and culverts and erecting and removing shoring and bracing for trenches and excavations

• Dig trenches and similar excavations, refills excavations, spreads and levels to grade dirt, gravel and other materials using pick and shovel

• Set and repair curbing, patch broken or eroded pavement and maintain roadways and sidewalks in a safe condition

• Tasks in connection with snow removal and ice control work.

• Additional projects as asssigned.

Qualified Candidates must:

• Have a minimum two to three years related experience

• Possess a current and valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Be able to effectively receive and follow direction

• Be physically able to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (in excess of 50 lbs)

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Excellent communication skills
