AT&T has an opening for a Site Asset Staff - To support the National Security Sector, in providing support managing the supply chain, arranging transportation and storage of materials and transportation management. Managing the supply chain includes every step in the process of procurement of materials to the shipment

Description of Job Duties/

  • Property accounting processes to include the associated forms. Shall possess knowledge of automated inventory control systems

  • Professional experience shall include ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property

  • Shall have experience processing paperwork related to Government Bill of Lading and the DD1149 form.
    Required Clearance: Active TSSCI with Polygraph. (#polygraph)

    Required Qualifications:
    Candidate must have 3 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a HS and 3 years.

    Desired Qualifications:

Position Overview: The Boeing Defense, Space and Security Double Eagle Contract is seeking a highly motivated Site Chief Systems Engineer to join the team. The selected candidate will be part of an enterprise team to support daily operations in the end to end technical management of a spacecraft mission in Las Cruces, NM. Primary Responsibilities: * Site Chief Engineer on an enterprise contract in a Proprietary Area. * Responsible for day-to-day oversight/management of on-going engineering activities. * Establish and maintain communications plan with government customer and external agencies on engineering activities/issues. * Leads others to evaluate customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. * Creates and implements strategic approaches for program and business area decisions. * Keeps Site Lead and PMO informed on performance issues and investigations. * Assess technical program performance risks associated with workarounds * Identify and communicate new program requirements based upon upcoming activities. (ROM, RFC support) * Track and report monthly Technical Highlights and Site Status at Program Management Reviews. * Track readiness status for new mission activities. (L&I preparation, Checkpoint Review) * Provide oversight for technical baselines of proposals and bids for future architecture activities. * Submit weekly activity reports and customer technical status summary. Basic (Required) Qualifications: * This position requires an active/current U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance with a current Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.). * This position requires successful completion of a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years. * 20+ years' of experience in leading engineering teams. * 20+ years' experience working on satellite ground/spacecraft systems. Preferred Qualification: * Proven skills leading or managing technical teams * Solid understanding of complex space system to include ground and space vehicle assets * Excellent interpersonal skills * Technical credibility, relevant domain knowledge * Familiarity with practices such as continuous integration, and dependency management is preferred. * Bachelors' degree or higher in engineering or science related field. Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+15 years' related work experience, Master+18 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
