Provide administrative support to on-site project management and staff, to include administrative functions, accounting, reporting, time cards, and serve as a liaison for employees. Assist Corporate HR with new hire paperwork and onboarding requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Serve as receptionist with duties to include answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, mail, copying, ordering and maintaining office supplies, etc.
Set-up and maintain reports and databases as requested
Assist Corporate HR with new hire paperwork and onboarding requirements.
Cross-train with other Administrative. Assistant on-site, (if applicable) to serve as back-up
All other duties as assigned
Input, verify and process timesheets for payroll
Maintain tracking, reporting, database spreadsheets needed for project
Reconcile management's purchasing card statements monthly
Assist all employees with questions on payroll and timesheets
Assist with equipment questions (scanner, copy machine, etc.)
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
