Uniti Fiber Holdings Inc. is seeking a Site Acquisition Coordinator.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Update construction trackers/data entry in Salesforce.

  • Take daily direction from Field Operations Manager.

  • Support Operations and Outside plant teams.

  • Coordinate site inspection/walks.

  • Weekly (sometimes daily) meetings.

  • Conduct initial site surveys with customers.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor"s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in the applicable industry.

  • Basic technology or related trade course work completion.

  • Basic ability to communicate and work with multiple personalities and professional skill levels effectively.

  • General field experience in managing general contractors, construction scope estimation.

Partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs. 2. Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate testing and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire), and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory. 3. Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates. 4. Partners with Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialists to bring a diverse slate of qualified candidates to the hiring manager. 5. Manages internal transfer and promotion processes, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc. 6. Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process. 7. Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals. 8. Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements). 9. Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all applicable federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance. 10. Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), as well as physical document retention, according to company policy. 11. Participates in the development/writing of assigned Affirmative Action Plans and maintains consistent knowledge and focus of AAP goals. 12.
