ASSIGNMENT

  • Develop the business in OSP in US market, special focus in rural broadband Plans

  • Diversification of Projects / customers

  • Create pipeline

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Identify commercial opportunities outside the existing customers

  • Develop the opportunity internally and externally

  • Define technically the solution

  • Participate in all the technical meetings with the customer to define, tune and defend the technical solution

  • Create commercial models and associated business case

  • Collaborate with sales in definition of the project targets and prices ( market experience)

  • Collaborate with delivery in defining, creating and anticipating the delivery model

  • Work with contractors to increase capacity and reduce prices

WORKING MODE

  • Frequent trips for customer engagement

  • Work closely with sales on OSP opportunities

  • Monitor the market and actively engage in new opportunities

  • Prepare the bids technically and commercially

COMPETENCIES

  • In deep knowledge about Site Implementation and Outside Plant services and Passive material

  • Knowledge of the OSP market in US , special focus in rural Broadband Plans

  • Experience of >2 years in OSP Presales/sales/ business development or delivery activities

  • OSP Design knowledge, engineering rules, architectures, tools ( AutoCAD)

  • Passive material

  • Good understanding of the market environment, main initiatives, broadband Plans, customers, subcontractors...

SKILLS

  • Customer engagement, good presentations skills

  • OSP Telecom Market

  • Experience in complex offers/ deals for OSP, creating solutions, supporting or executing designs, defining models

  • Commercial skills, experience in pricing and BC creation for complex OSP deals

  • Customer negotiations, technically and commercially
