Contract Services, LLC is a full-scope residential remodel construction company that services the investment property industry in cities across the U.S. Our customer base consists primarily of larger national accounts as well as some regional and local operators. We are currently in the process of growing our team of Renovations Project Managers in Nashville,TN. Please see below for a brief description of the position. The role of the Renovations Project Manager is to manage all aspects of assigned residential remodel projects from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • All necessary communication with the customer
  • Communicating all necessary information with home office
  • Securing subcontractors for all trades (this is mandatory. if you do not have your own subs do not apply)
  • Coordinating the necessary trades on each job
  • Ordering and coordinating the delivery of all necessary materials
  • Attending all customer meetings
  • Attending pre-and post-construction customer walks
  • Ensuring job completion by customer-specified deadline
  • Ensuring sub-contractor on-boarding and insurance compliance
  • Managing weekly pay for subcontractors

Division: Single Family Loan Operations Reports to: Director of Single Family Loan Operations Location: Nashville, TN Full-time/Part-time: Full time Salary Grade: 36 Salary Range Minimum: $4,510 FLSA Classification: Non-exempt (01) Critical features of this job are described under the headings below. They may be subject to change due to changes in our business processes or other business-related reasons. POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinates and provides technical assistance to the Director over a variety of internal and external lender delivery systems. Provides detailed support for the implementation of the lender counterparty oversight system, compliance to THDA lender applications / renewals and the marketplace access system to integrate daily THDA program information globally to the mortgage industry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Handles support tasks, independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects and information for the division. * Has a strong knowledge of daily reporting requirements of loan production and will provide reporting support to the Chief Operating Officer of Single Family Programs, Director of Loan Operations, THDA's financial advisors, the SF Program Development Coordinator and the division. * Assists in the implementation of the marketplace access system to integrate lenders and to provide the program information into the system daily * Coordinates and prepares all documents and participates in all activities for the Housing Industry Advisory Board and Housing Education Advisory Board. * Utilizing the counterparty oversight system to provide evidence of lender eligibility for program participation and recertification. * Implements and manages process for lender application or recertification for existing lenders; including but not limited to maintaining accurate lender information, coordinating communication with lender's executive team and THDA internal accounting, IT and internal audit divisions as necessary * Maintains accuracy of program guides for all mortgage programs and the homebuyer education program. * Maintains accuracy of all website information relative to mortgage programs and Homebuyer Education information. * Creates presentation materials for external training events associated with mortgage programs * Coordinates and executes scheduling and communication on behalf of the Director of Single Family Loan Operations; which may include event planning and coordinating travel * Creates, and distributes Windows to Homeownership newsletter. * Manages and maintains distribution list for Single Family Constant Contact. * Coordinates various activities for the Chief Operations Officer as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Education and Experience: * High School diploma or equivalent GED. * Three years of successful, full-time employment in a business office environment, preferably a lending institution, with a high level of public interaction. * Microsoft Certifications for business applications; Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint The above qualifications express the minimum standards of education and/or experience for this position. Other combinations of education and experience, if evaluated as equivalent, may be taken into consideration.
