Job Summary:

The SIMOPS Pad Coordinator works with completions, construction, drilling and operations to coordinate simultaneous activities on well pads. Supports Pioneer field operations throughout the Permian by ensuring that Pioneer's Safely 8760 and Stewardship 365 objectives are met and driven consistently at the field level. Expected to exemplify and enforce HSE policies. Be accountable for tasks being performed on locations to ensure safe work.

Job Duties:

  • Monitor/initiate; handover process, checklist, SIMOPS communication and workflow processes on SIMOP's pads

  • Coordinate JSA's

  • Coach effective site management by communicating and overseeing contractors and consultants performing SIMOPS activities.

  • Communicating safe working conditions for all phases of SIMOPS activities.

  • Monitor/manage sign-in/sign-out processes onsite.

  • Ensure guidelines and processes are being followed.

  • Provide feedback and updates on guidelines and process

  • Follows and supports all Pioneer HSE policies, R2LB documentation, Safely 8760 and Stewardship 365.

  • Stays current with JPBE.

  • Reports to SIMOPS Foremen/Superintendent on a regular basis.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, to include special projects.

  • Performs other/additional duties as assigned by Supervisor, which include special projects.

  • Internal applicants should meet all eligibility requirements per employee handbook.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • At least 1 year as Lease Operator II or mentor role.

  • 2.5 to 5 years oil and gas experience or equivalent.

  • Salary competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
