Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community inspired, passion-driven part time Signature Lifestyle Specialist (Luxury Leasing Associate) with a can-do attitude!

Responsible for working in teams, focusing on leasing apartments throughout the country. As an SLS, you will be taking all incoming phone calls that are leasing related and all walk ins that come in that are interested in leasing a new home.

The success of the company is dependent upon the satisfaction of our residents. Our devoted staff maintains direct involvement in managing each of our properties and tending to their needs.

The employee will be working out of Grady Square, our upscale luxury residential mid-rise apartment community located in Tampa, FL 33607 (near Raymond James Stadium)!

The position is part time, up to 20-29 hours per week. The schedule for the position is a combination of days during the regular business hours of the Property, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am

  • 6:00pm, Wednesday from 9:00am

  • 7:00pm, and weekend hours (Sat/Sun) from 10:00am

  • 5:00pm.

Competitive base/hourly rate of bay (to be discussed during interview process), and eligible for monthly Lease-Up/Renewal performance bonuses!

SUMMARY: The Specialists will be working in teams, focusing on leasing apartments throughout our luxury sector. As an SLS, you will be taking all incoming phone calls that are leasing related and all walk ins that come in that are interested in leasing a new home. You are also responsible for resident satisfaction and may be asked to participate in management activities.


  • Communicate knowledgeably about clients' properties to exceed performance benchmarks.

  • Answer leasing calls, record call results and document follow-up communication.

  • Create and distribute marketing materials.

  • Communicate effectively to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Know available spaces, answer questions, overcome objections.

  • Excel in a professional, performance driven, fast and fun team environment.

  • Demonstrate highly motivated, high energy sales with excellent closing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to enthusiastically communicate with prospects in every conversation.

  • Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.


EDUCATION: High school diploma; GED or Trade School; Associate Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years minimum luxury leasing experience, mid-rise experience preferred.

VIEW JOBS 4/2/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-07-01T00:00 The Space Mapping Associate (SMA) performs under the general direction of the Division Manager of Space Mapping with the primary purpose of using a Computer Aided Design (CAD) program to draw or verify fixture layouts, draw building elements (doors, pillars, windows, etc.), and scan barcodes within retail stores. The SMA will be responsible for drawing accurate, neat layouts with high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The SMA will be required to meet timely completion per customer due dates. WIS International will provide the laptop, scanner and software. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Associate must be computer literate, CAD experience preferred. * Following a brief training period, associate must have the ability to work independently to complete the work with little management supervision. * Have reliable transport to and from retail locations within an approximate 60 mile radius. * Stand on feet for long periods of time. * Effectively interact with Store Management while completing drawings in their stores. * Complete CAD drawings with high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Submit CAD drawings and payroll hours within required timelines. * Meet expected in-store duration to reasonably complete the required task. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: CAD experience preferred, ideally from a drafting and design curriculum at a higher education facility. Experience: Great attention to the most minute detail, with an interest or education focused on drafting and design. Skills taught include creating drawings, plans and computer models. Having an aptitude for math is also important. Skills: * Professional demeanor. * Sound working knowledge and ability to utilize internal CAD systems and all of Microsoft Suite to support job requirements. * Ability to self start with proven work history, not necessarily in a related field. Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills are required. * Ability to effectively manage and organize work independent of frequent management involvement to ensure achievement of assigned completion dates. * Ability to relate well and in a professional manner with persons of all levels within an organization. * Ability to learn a variety of software well enough to handle required reporting without assistance.
