The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Plan-to-Deliver Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Ensuring the successful global deployment of the ERP footprint across SIBG Supply Chain and Manufacturing organizations. Processes include Forecast-to-Schedule, Make-to-Deliver, and Logistics Execution.
Leading Supply Chain and Manufacturing Business Readiness projects for the Safety & Industrial Business Group. Including organization, process, and data projects.
Coordinating Business Transformation decisions, deployment activities, and black belt projects at the Business Group level
Driving alignment to global Business Transformation processes, data, resources and systems. Including prioritization, standardization, simplification, redesign, and optimization all leading to value realization opportunities.
Escalating specific business models to obtain executive and functional support where appropriate
Ensuring readiness activities are completed, driving change acceptance, identifying customer and business risks, along with mitigating strategies to meet the overall deployment schedule and gates.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Ten (10) years of combined Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing Experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Broad knowledge of Business Transformation
Understanding of existing and potential future flows of information within 3M from customer order through shipment to customers
Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking, with the ability to prioritize and problem solve across multiple tasks simultaneously
Plant Manager or Supply Chain Manager Experience
Ability to drive for results while navigating ambiguity
Experience leading large cross-functional, multi-divisional projects including using project management skills to motivate and align resources while successfully influencing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts to drive decisions across all levels of the organization
Extensive experience with industrial portfolios and business models
Location: Maplewood, MN and may consider remote U.S. work location
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic or international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
