Job Description
General Purpose of Job:
The Compensation Analyst Senior is responsible for the development, implementation,and administration of compensation processes, programs and policies to ensure competitive compensation practices across the organization. Primary responsibilities include analyzing compensation data, performing job analysis, editing job descriptions, and consulting with internal departments and HR colleagues as it relates to specific jobs, organizational structure, market pricing reviews, and pay decisions. Participates in annual compensation related projects, such as merit and bonus administration, salary structure design, and salary survey participation. In addition, the Compensation Analyst Senior assists with other compensation projects or HR initiatives as required.

Job Requirements
Work Experience See Education Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field and a min of 6 years of HR experience, of which 5 must be in compensation OR Associates degree in Business or related field and a min of 7 years of HR expereince, of which 5 must be in compensation OR HS Diploma and a min of 8 years of HR experience, of which 5 must be in compensation. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Strong analytical aptitude, with the ability to organize and analyze data, interpret results, formulate conclusions and provide strong consulting as it relates to compensation decisions. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate, influence and negotiate. • Expert knowledge of human resources and compensation practices, with strong knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act and other HR-related laws. • Ability to develop and implement compensation processes and programs. • Strong technical skills, with the ability to manipulate, organize and validate data in spreadsheets, utilizing various formulas and functions in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, etc.). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relay complex information in an understandable manner for Caregivers and Leadership. • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization and problem solving skills; must be results oriented. • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing market data and presenting pay recommendations. • Ability to mentor and assist in training less experienced Caregivers. • Must present a positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
