Showroom Supervisor

Overview CORT Party Rental is hiring for a Showroom Supervisor! The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for supporting and managing the Event Specialists and Account Managers.

Pay: $30-$35/hour depending on experience Schedule: Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with occasional Saturdays depending on business needs. Training and developing new employees. Maintain showroom to company standards. Manage showroom calendar and coverage.

Maintain showroom hours and work with clients through email, phone, and appointment. Work closely with operations on inventory and logistics issues. Serve as the first point of contact for client issues.

Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have supervisory experience or exhibit a desire for leadership Minimum of 3-5 years of selling and customer service experience Proven track record of success in achieving goals Excellent phone and written skills Consultative selling approach/style Spirit and a 'can do' attitude Must pass background checks as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program.
