Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Showroom Sales Administrator to join our team Our business is a premier boutique kitchen design showroom dedicated to creating exquisite and functional kitchen spaces for clients as well as consultation in interior design. 100% Customer satisfaction is the top priority of our business. We are seeking a passionate and high-caliber sales admittatur who works directly with the owner.

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information to customers, schedule appointments for designers, fabricators or installers, as well as resolving any issues during remodeling process. Responsibilities: Provide consultation on kitchen/bath designing and products including cabinets, vanities, countertop, hardware, accessories and etc. Assist designers in design layout and 3D rendering Generate project estimate, invoice and purchase orders with accuracy Coordinate project activities with business partners (i.e. remodeling team, countertop team) Communicate with material suppliers and customers Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​ Qualifications:

Highly motivated to excel in the field of kitchen & bath sales, design or home building supply business High level of customer empathy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be detail oriented and capable of managing several ongoing projects at one time Experience in general computer skills, using Quickbooks and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, etc.) Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to work hard Must be willing to work on Saturdays Experience or desire to learn 2020 Kitchen/Bath Design Software Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description We are family owned business located at the heart of Gurnee.
