Currently seeking Shower and Mirror Installers, previous experience is REQUIRED. This position is based out of Fort Myers. A full-time position with benefits and PTO a company, transportation with a vehicle, must have basic tools and drill all other tools are provided.

Ideal candidates MUST have previous experience installing glass shower doors, shower enclosures and custom mirrors for residential new constructions and renovations. Handling shower glass and custom mirrors to avoid breakage. Reviewing daily work schedule, load vehicle properly with all products, tools and equipment needed for the day. Ability to measure and read blueprints. Able to troubleshoot onsite. Working independently and come up with solutions to challenging problems. Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen/background. Compensation is EXTREMELY competitive, Contact me for more details.

To qualify you must have the following:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid FL driver’s license: ability to pass a background and drug screen.
• Experience installing glass shower doors, shower enclosures and custom mirrors.
• Knowledge how to handle construction glass and mirrors.
• Work well independently and come up with solutions to challenging problems.
• Expertise ensuring truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment needed to complete the workday.
• Adhering to assigned work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Capable of completing jobs on time and within budget constraints.
• Ability to effectively communicate and maintain a positive relationship with Superintendents, other Contactors, fellow employees, and homeowners.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with or learn Microsoft 365 Application.
• Ability to lift and carry.
