As a seller you will be assigned to a stand location and responsible for taking inventory of the merchandise being sold as well as preparing the stand display. The seller will remain at the point of sale starting at door time and throughout the duration of the event. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out their stand location by bringing the remaining merchandise back to the storeroom.
We are looking for part-time sellers to work during events and sell concert merchandise for our Northern California locations. We have openings at the following locations:
Toyota Amphitheatre Wheatland, CA
Shoreline Amphitheatre Mountain View, CA
Oracle Arena, Oakland, CA
SaveMart Center Fresno, CA
Maintain accuracy while handling cash and processing purchases in the POS
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Work in a team with other sellers
Work in a fast-paced environment
Maintain your stand throughout the duration of the event
Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing
Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work 6 - 12 hours per shift
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Due to the hours scheduled applicants must have a reliable transportation
Must have strong communication skills
Prior related experience
Must have cash handling experience
Retail experience is preferred but not required
