Join us for a once in a lifetime opportunity.Show Control provide crowd control at all live shows, which includes safely and efficiently assisting guests who are entering or exiting the venues, assisting guests to their seats, greeting guests, making announcements on a microphone, answering questions regarding the shows/venues and the park and handling guest recovery.

Responsibilities:
Assist guests into and out of queues and venues in a timely manner for the live attractions/shows in the theme park. Ensure guest safety before, during and after each assigned performance. Monitor isles and exits at all times.
Communicate approved spiels to guests as directed, with the possibility of adding spontaneous changes.
Maintain venue and queue cleanliness, as well as, ensure proper show set-up before and after each performance. Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
Direct guest traffic while being attentive to guests with special needs and/or guests with priority passes/ VIP's. Full awareness at all times in regards to show loading changes, and performance commencement.
Relay pertinent up-to-date venue/show information or changes to Lead/Supervisor including Post-Show attendees, show "turn- a-ways", guests' issues and/or recovery measures, etc.
Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
The noise level is generally moderate to high
Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors
