What does a Shopper Marketing Specialist do at Swire Coca-Cola?

The Shopper Marketing Specialist is the subject matter expert in respect to shopper insights initiatives. In this role you use relevant shopper and consumer data along with insights and trends to generate revenue growing initiatives for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on business opportunities within channels and specific customers.

• Develop and recommend customer-specific shopper marketing campaigns to drive incremental revenue.

• Customer insights SME for SCC. Contribute insights to define selling strategy within all channels of business to better connect with all shoppers at retail.

• Gather and organize information using industry sources (publications, trade sites, etc.) and proprietary tracking studies to be used for marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent required.

• 4+ years Business analytics in consumer goods industry required.

• 4+ years Market research of consumer demographics or category required.

• Proficient use of Nielsen, CREST, Scarborough, and Kantar industry sources.
