Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Automotive Shop Supervisors/Service Writers should have a minimum of five years' as a Supervisor/Service Writer or a combination of technician and Supervisory experience

• Must have the ability to articulate and understand preventive maintenance, diagnoses and repairs on autos and light trucks

• Experience in a dealership environment and functional knowledge of Standard Repair Times (SRT's) highly desired

• Ability to utilize shop management systems and Microsoft Office Products.

• Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check

• Automotive Shop Supervisors/Service Writers with OEM training and/or ASE certifications are highly preferred
