Inspect used trucks coming back from the field to generate parts lists and work orders required to repair the truck.
Remove and replace defective and standard components on Crown lift trucks in an assembly line/manufacturing environment.
Receive parts orders from Crown Distribution Center and put into stock. Receive back ordered parts and commit to the correct truck. Communicate with Crown DC on missing parts, errors, etc.
Prep trucks for painting, which includes steam cleaning and repairing damage to metal surfaces. Use body filler as needed to repair surface for new paint. Use manual and power sanding tools, and tape truck(s) to prepare for painting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to use hand tools, battery powered tools, impacts, air tools
Knowledge of lift truck repair.
Knowledge of wiring diagrams, how to use test meters, and basic math.
High school graduate or equivalent
Body Work and Paint experience is a plus.
