Overview: Assists with maintenance, repair and refurbishment of gas compression equipment at a make-ready shop.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to:

  • Work with others to perform, Preventative Maintenance (PM), Major Maintenance (MM), and Overhauls

  • Develop proficiency in order to perform quality, efficient work with less assistance

  • Begin to demonstrate customer service skills

  • Read, write and speak English and/or fully understand daily work instructions (work orders, manuals, etc.)

  • Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures

  • Complete and submit company required documentation in an accurate and timely fashion


  • Knowledge of or training in relevant HSE procedures and regulations

  • General mechanical knowledge

Minimum Education and Certification:

  • Preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred
  • Gas or diesel engine and compressor school / training

Minimum Experience:

  • Demonstrated mechanical experience


  • No leadership responsibilities
