Delta Companies Inc., with locations in Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas is a leader in infrastructure construction and maintenance, has an opening for a Shop Mechanic in Cape Girardeau, MO. Essential duties and responsibilities include construction equipment repair and maintenance, perform preventative maintenance and services on equipment, steam clean equipment, and maintain maintenance in shop and yard.

Applicants must have experience in heavy equipment repair, prior experience in hydraulics and electrical, excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills and also a class B CDL license. Possess positive work history and a commitment to working safely. Pay will be based on experience.

VIEW JOBS 1/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-10T00:00 Supportive Housing Worker Cape Girardeau, MO Job Summary Responsible for assisting with the delivery of community support services for individuals receiving services through our Clustered Apartments Program; coordination of delivery of mental health services; resource development and linkage with community; functions as a professional staff member of a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services to clients. Positions Supervised None Essential Functions * Provide training to clients in daily living skills. * Facilitate development and/or enhancement of personal support systems within the clients community. * Assist clients in creating and participating in recreational activities as indicated or available. * Perform bimonthly apartment inspections and provide input/skills training on household management. * Maintain work productivity standards as established by supervisor and in accordance with assigned caseloads. * Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards. Non Essential Functions * Maintain compliance with all policy and procedures. * Complete all required training. * Work cooperatively with other departments and members of the community. * Participate in all required meetings as determined by supervisor. * Other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience working in a mental health field; or, high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of college in a behavioral health field. Also must have the following: Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and proof of continuous auto insurance. Physical Requirements General Physical Requirements Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Physical Activities * Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling. Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and make fine discriminations in sound. * Repetitive Motions: Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Visual Activities The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
