Company Overview: Stier Supply Company, a recognized industry leader with over 76 years of experience in manufacturing and installing interior and exterior doors, is currently searching for a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee midday (11 a.m. start) operations at our North Carolina Distribution Center. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational accuracy by ensuring timely job completion and adherence to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations, ensuring their efficient execution.

• Plan, manage, and oversee repair and installation activities to meet operational requirements.

• Develop maintenance procedures that optimize efficiency while maintaining quality.

• Perform both reactive and preventive maintenance on machines and facility infrastructure.

• Lead the installation of new plant equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shop areas, tools, and supplies.

• Operate a range of shop tools, equipment, and machinery related to maintenance functions.

• Conduct repairs and adjustments on machinery, including dismantling components for repair or replacement.

• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to address maintenance-related needs.

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks in a safe and timely manner to minimize downtime.

• Foster a clean and safe workplace environment in accordance with established standards.

• Perform assigned repairs, handle emergencies, and carry out preventive maintenance as needed.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of effective maintenance procedures.
