JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enable undercarriage team to build and disassemble test iron.

• Schedule all activities in the shop (Press schedule, Inspection schedule, Production schedule)

• Schedule any OT required

• Order parts for all builds (Engineering or Production)

• Order all consumables and tools for the shop (PPE, Oil, etc)

• Schedule all shipments out of the Track shop (to East Peoria, to Dealers, etc)

• Perform all required inspections and maintenance (hoists, cranes, presses, fork lifts, etc)

• Assist with builds and tear downs

• Assist with inspections

• Run the Press Weld

• Take ownership in some tests as a load leveling mechanism

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED with 8-10 years of Engineering or production experience OR

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing in lieu of experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail

• Knowledge of logistic flows in and out of a factory

• Ability to schedule time on equipment, large press, scheduling press

• Knowledge of setting a factory up to run efficiently

• Problem Solving Skills

• Basic Project Managing with the ability to prioritize tasks
