Shipping/Receiving Clerk Sr.
Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position):
Demonstrated job duties and knowledge listed are sum for the job classification. Knowledge of all duties is to be cross functional but specific duties are assigned within available personnel.
Able to receive and process all defective parts returned for replacement or credit. (RMA)
Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Able to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job

Skills & Qualifications
Must have a good working knowledge of part numbers and part usage and understand applications for use. Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
Determines method and mode of shipment to customer requirements.
Prepares and expedites shipments Determines labeling requirements including but not limited to: Assemble and pack product containers, preparing and affixing shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information for cartons, skids or other storage devices in an accurate manner including any special labels that are customer required.
Prepares all shipping documents in a timely and accurate manner. Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage.
Proper operation of equipment to safety and productivity requirements
Lift truck or hand trucks to convey, move materials to proper departments or areas
Operate PB crimp tools; including diagnosis, repair and processing of RMA
Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
