Full-Time Shipping Specialist

Shipping Specialists are responsible for ensuring all supplies are shipped to patients in a timely manner and assisting with building or facilities work as needed. Efficiency and accuracy are critical to success in this role. Must hit KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to develop and progress in company.

Schedule: Sunday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) - Thursday (M-TH 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process all patient supply requests submitted by all internal insurance billing departments as well as directly from patients.

• Ensure shipments of all applicable DME supplies are shipped in a timely manner in accordance with billing guidelines.

• Provide tracking information to the billing team when requested.

• Ensure patient addresses are updated in the Zynex Billing Database to reflect the addresses verified by UPS.

• Perform with a team to achieve daily goals and complete tasks.

• Be present/visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager.

• Other duties as assigned.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Fast-paced, high-volume professional production/warehouse environment with frequent interruptions.

• Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and multi-line telephones.

• Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree beneficial.
