The position:

Shipping & Receiving Attendant (Material Handler) for 1st shift. Provide material handling support for our Shipping & Receiving Department utilizing a forklift. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm but may vary due to business needs. Must be available for overtime including occasional Saturdays and during peak production times.

Job duties:

• Work independently to fulfill job duties

• Operate a forklift

• Move required materials to work centers

• Load and unload trucks

• Perform clerical functions such as basic data entry, and excel

• Create bill of ladings when required

• Operate forklift to store fixtures in appropriate locations

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area

• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed

The Right Person/What We need from you:

• Previous material handling experience required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to read & write English

• Forklift certification required

• Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent

• Basic computer skills a plus
