Located in Algona Washington, PCC - Auburn is a leading Tier II Supplier of highly engineered metallic and composite parts, kits, and assemblies to the global aerospace industry. Their key customers are Boeing (737 FED Doors, AOE Doors, and 737 APU Inlets), Airbus, and Latecoere (Hinges and Supper Hinges). Performs manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties. Uses computer/MRP to track, log, verify, and report. Follows shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules, and related requirements. Packs or wraps finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc. Verifies quantity, weight, and material conformance to stated identifications. Logs receipts into system, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents. Reports materials shipped and bills of lading. Posts weight and shipping charges and routes goods.

This position is swing shift. Monday-Friday 2:30PM-11:00PM.


  • Prepare flight-packaged parts, kits, and materials for shipment

  • Stage and prepare shipping materials, crates, and pallets

  • Prepare non-flight goods

  • Prepare shipping paperwork including verifying documentation, packaging conformance to product requirements, shipper manifest and bills of lading

  • Load and unload delivery trucks including verifying package and parts counts, package and/or content damage, completeness of paperwork, and proper disposal of spent packaging materials

  • Complete shipping/receiving reports

  • Support audits, lean, and quality initiatives as required

  • Familiarize oneself with Primus processes and procedures including applicable MRP, Inventory System, and Business Quality Management System (BQMS) procedures as applicable

  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Familiar with computerized MRP/Inventory/Shipping & Receiving systems

  • Understand and adhere to proper shipping and receiving practices

  • Understand local Primus manufacturing process and how shipping and receiving interacts with upstream/downstream functions

  • Blueprint reading and basic math skills

  • Good computer skills and ability to query, monitor, and input MRP system data

  • Able to be certified with/and operate a forklift and picker

  • Maintain staging areas, packaging areas, and loading docks in a clean, orderly manner

  • Able to serve as a back up driver occasionally

  • Ability to professionally communicate and work cooperatively with others

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Legible handwriting and literate in English

  • Willingness to learn and receive training


  • Familiar with computerized MRP/Inventory systems

  • Understand and adhere to proper material storage requirements

  • Understand basic Primus manufacturing process and how Inventory control interacts with upstream and downstream functions

  • Blueprint reading and basic math skills

  • Good computer skills and ability to query, monitor, and input MRP system data

  • Able to be certified with/and operate a fork lift and picker

  • Maintain inventory storage in a clean, orderly manner

  • Ability to professionally communicate and work cooperatively with others

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Experience with ERP systems; Syteline preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: SCOPE OF POSITION: The Production Receiving /Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving/storing materials, load/ unload trucks, fill orders accurately, and move finished product following all established operating procedures. This position is expected to provide excellent service to all internal and external customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned. * Operates equipment (pallet jack and forklift) to safely load/unload materials and move materials to proper location utilize FIFO method of storing dated materials. * Inspects materials upon arrival, document any signs of damage, and complete the appropriate paperwork. * Processes paperwork required for receiving goods by verifying the count and quality according the established procedures. * Monitor inventory of materials daily and communicate low levels to the production scheduler & purchasing manager. * Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts according to established schedule and guidelines. * Ensure all materials and product in receiving and warehouse are well organized. * Prepares and completes customer orders for shipment or pickup. * Loads vendors with correct amount of product. * Completes applicable paperwork for each order processed. * Loads and unloads trucks using forklift or pallet jack. * Moves finished product, checks codes dates to ensure product quality. * Work with supervisor and team members to identify areas for continuous improvement. * Provides exceptional service to all internal and external customers. * Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping work area orderly by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
