Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Industrial Components Supplier is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join their teamnear Knoxville, TN. Responsibilities of Shipping & Receiving Coordinator:

Communicate with customers regarding order status, logistics tracking, questions and issues, etc. via phone and email Plan and prepare shipments and delivery schedules Update logistics information, purchase orders, and sales orders in the company system(s) Prepare accurate orders and packing slips for shipments Create shipping lists, invoices, and maintain other department documentation as needed Other duties assigned Requirements of Shipping & Receiving Coordinator: High School Diploma Must have 1-3 years of Logistics/ warehouse coordinator experience is required Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Excel SAP or inventory control system experience is plus Able to be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment responsibly and effectively Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc., has been one of the leading recruiting firms in North America when it comes to working with Japanese Businesses for almost 20 years.
