Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Iteris is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to work within our warehouse and offer marketing room support. This role will work in our Santa Ana office.

What you will be doing:

• Work with the Marketing Events Manager approximately 15-20 hours a week in providing assistance with the trade show equipment for conferences

• Organize the marketing room and keep an inventory of the literature, promotional items and safety equipment

• Pack and ship the needed equipment for each conference to ensure the delivery is on time

• Unpack the shipments upon return and put it away in the marketing room

• Support in the Cycle Counting process

• Delivery of materials to our production floor

• Building Kits to be delivered to Kanban locations

• Building of Ship kits

• Other supporting areas within the warehouse area

What you need to be successful in this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• About one to three (1 - 3) years of shipping and receiving experience

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Able to lift to 80 lbs

• Ability to exert moderate physical effort, typically involving, some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (up to 80 pounds)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Organization skills a plus

Iteris anticipates paying between $20.00 and $24.00 for this role. However, actual pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
