By leveraging our proprietary technology, we help get to the real cause of a patient's symptoms and guide their journey to improved health.

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk prepares and processes the company's outgoing shipments of all products, materials, and supplies. Additionally, this individual verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse per the established guidelines.

Responsibilities

Note: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Process outbound supply orders using CRM system and FedEx & UPS integration software

  • Assembles and packs requested material (specimen kits & collection material, marketing material, conference supplies etc.)

  • Perform quality check of returned collection kit components

  • Maintain inventory of collection kit parts and shipping supplies

  • Receive and deliver all inbound packages and mail in a timely manner

  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against packing slips, recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods

  • Collect, scan and file packing slips and electronically receive items in designated software

  • Keep warehouse and storage spaces clean and in order

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Previous shipping and/or warehouse experience preferred, including experience with FedEx & UPS integration software.

  • Familiarity with IATA/DOT shipping regulations and Lean concepts would be highly regarded.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with manager, as well as additional internal and external personnel.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to assigned schedule and overtime hours as needed.

Pay range: $20 - $23/hr
