Shipping & Receiving Associate

RideNow Powersports Lewisville, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, friendly individual to join our Parts team! The ideal Shipping and Receiving candidate will have knowledge of powersports or automotive parts, logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Place orders for parts as needed from vendors
• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Inspect orders for damage, report and return unfit items
• Stock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locations
• Pull, label, and set items for repair orders in designated areas
• Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.)
• Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carrier's shipping instructions (i.e., route, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc)
• Maintain cleanliness of the Parts department and keep inventory neatly stacked and orderly
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a parts warehouse or at a parts counter within a dealership
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience with EVO preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks accurately in an organized fashion with little direction
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, work in stooped, crouched, or kneeling positions frequently
