Summary:

Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a warehouse environment involving the handling and storing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.

Primary responsibilities for role:

• Manages temperature-controlled, inventoried in multiple warehouse locations

• Performs Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) transactions in SAP

• Process Transfer Order (TO's), Good Receipts (GR's)

• Operates various manual and motorized warehouse equipment

• Reprioritizes tasks based on unexpected changes in the schedule and business needs

• Maintains training requirements

• Maintains Warehouse organizational and cleanliness

• Maintain inventory accuracy

• Notifies management if material experience temperatures out of specifications

• Coordinates transfer and reconciliation of materials between facilities and completes required documentation

Additional Responsibilities:

• Follows all safety and general warehouse rules and policies; maintains professionalism in a regulated environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to follow oral and written instructions; basic computer knowledge and use of email and system applications; basic organizational skills; attention to detail; basic mathematic skills required; basic knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); able to adapt to changing environments; able to communicate effectively among peers; good customer service interaction; able to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Requires High School Diploma or GED

Occupational Demands:

• May occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects up to 25 pounds in weight, and/or lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects up to 10 pounds in weight frequently or continuously.

Pay Scale:

Pay scale of $16.59/h - $21/hour, depending on training, education, and experience. This position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool.
