Pay Range: $22-$32/hour

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company in Tacoma, Washington? Bradken is seeking a dedicated Shipping Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in our shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and prepare necessary documentation for casting shipments.
Handle packaging, loading, and unloading of shipments for inbound and outbound logistics.
Support our Finishing department's safety, quality, and production goals.
Functional Responsibilities:
Review customer orders for detailed shipping instructions.
Coordinate with freight carriers for pick-ups and method of shipment.
Prepare bill of lading documents for shipments.
Manage customs shipping documents for international shipments.
Transfer shipments to accounting and update shop orders as needed.
Communicate discrepancies to supervisors for review and disposition.
Prepare and process document submittals to customers for approval.
Participate in various audits and inspections.
Coordinate and schedule loads for internal truck drivers.
Provide assistance in order inquiries and resolution.
Ensure compliance with painting, preservation, and crating requirements.
Order and maintain supply of pallets, crates, and boxes.
Verify proper stamping and packing slips on each casting shipped.
Package products for outbound shipments.
Operate forklift and crane for loading and unloading.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work with limited direct supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Physically capable of repetitive motions, bending, standing, and walking.
Good vision and depth perception.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
