TT Electronics' Loveland, Colorado facility, is located near north of Denver and just an hour from the airport. The area is home to a number of large corporations and well respected universities. The equipment in Colorado can wind both copper and aluminium, and can handle wire as small as 40 AWG and up to three million circular mils of foil. We have produced single phase transformers and inductors ranging from 50VA to 50KW and three phase transformers from 50VA to 100KVA. And we can produce line reactors of four megawatts and more. It is a high mix, low-to-mid volume facility, which means we have the ability to quickly convert lines to handle different, sometimes complex orders. Here in Colorado we work hard and play hard, and we're well located to be able to take advantage of all Colorado has to offer year round.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00

• Adherence to company policies, ISO and any other special job requirements.

• Verifies part and quantity information against authorizing documentation prior to shipment.

• Determines method of shipment using instructions provided on packing slips.

• Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or writes identifying shipping information on cartons.

• Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers.

• Posts weights and shipping charges and affixes postage.

• Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.

• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Initiates requests as required to replenish supplies.

• Operates lift truck or uses hand truck to move, convey or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area in order to store and access finished goods.

• Generates sales order pick lists and packing slips using ERP software (Epicor).

• Enters shipping transactions in ERP system in both an accurate and timely manner to reflect inventory on hand and shipments on a real time basis. Forwards pack slips daily to Accounting to trigger customer invoicing.

• Uses UPS Worldwide and other online shipping sites to generate packign slips and schedule carrier pickups.

• Performs finished goods cycle counts and year-end annual physical inventory.

• Determines best method to package prototypes.

• Needs ability to lift and/or move stock up to 50 pounds in order to transport material within facility.

• Must have mobility to use ladder or moble steps.

• Serves as backup role in Receiving, Varnish, and/or Production with training provided

• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with job specific experience.

• Fork-lift certification (desired).

• Two or more years related experience.

• Basic understanding of ISO requirements, quality audits, and corrective action.

• Understanding of shipping and manufacturing functions.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instructions and procedure manuals.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts.

• Problem solving ability.

• Multi-tasking ability.

• Self-starter.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Proficiency in ERP software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
