Shipping Clerk

We are looking for someone experienced in working with Ship station, Outlook and that prides themselves on being organized, accurate, and analytical.

We are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and enjoys a small team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• You will receive, input, sort, bag, load, and unload products and perform various stock & warehouse activities.
  
• The job involves locating and picking items from warehouse shelves, then packing items into shipping cartons to be sent to the customer.
  
• Processing labels, packaging, and shipping orders accurately
  
• Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
  
• Inspecting products for defects and damages
  
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
  
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
  
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
  
• Check, verify, and fill customers' daily invoices.
  
• Abide by all company safety regulations

Requirements

• Team player with organizational skills
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision.
  
• Ability to lift up to 35lb.
  
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Stock management & storage room experience a plus.
  
• Previous experience with shipping software a plus (e.g., Shipstation)
  
• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving department a plus
  
• Legal work document is a requirement
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus• Computer Literate and proficient in Word and Excel, a plus
