Job Summary:

The Shipping Clerk's primary responsibilities are to oversee the warehouse and the receivables, storage and preparation of outgoing materials. Clerk will assist the operations team as needed and will be ensure computerized inventory system is updated at all times, with correct dates and job information. Will also need to climb structures when needed to fill in.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review cards submitted by rotate crew and verify dates and other job information

  • Receive, log and manage maintenance of plant requests (MOPs)

  • Assign MOPs to appropriate team or individual for completion

  • Log construction jobs completed by Quantum in computer system

  • Manage vinyl inventories, communicate with vendors and track status of receivables

  • Notify account executives if vinyl is late, missing, or damaged

  • Verify contracts are received for embellishment work and follow up as appropriate

  • Drive forklift as needed

  • Conduct special projects as needed

  • Other duties as assigned or requested

  • Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.

  • Strong organizational / time management skills, and be detailed oriented.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.). Also ability to learn new programs such as Quattro.


  • Is proficient in listening and oral communication skills; can read & speak English.

  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.

  • Has high work standards and attention to detail.

  • Has strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Able to complete appropriate documentation and reports.

  • Able to operate drills and other tools in a safe and effective manner.


  • Valid driver's license, CDL Class preferred but not required.
