Respond to internal and external phone and email communications on time
Collaborates and communicates with logistics supervisors, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products
Troubleshoot issues arising from shipping/receiving or inventory handling
Keep files of goods shipped and received.
Prioritize and route LTL (less than truckload) shipments and prepare to pick documents
Schedule freight picks up with LTL service providers.
Monitor trailer arrival for full TL (truckload) shipments and prepare documentation.
Practice customer service when interacting with other companies and customers and see to it all external parties receive a positive interaction with the company
Verify all incoming shipment receipts to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the receipt
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong sense of time organization and urgency, self-initiative, and sense of ownership
Detail-oriented and multitasking skills
Experience working in SAP preferred
