Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience/knowledge working in a manufacturing environment

• Shipping and Receiving experience.

Job Summary

Howmet Aerospace has an immediate opening for a Shipping Clerk

• 2nd Shift in our Patterns Business Center at our Engines Products

• Cleveland Operations, the Tempcraft facility located at 3960 S. Marginal Rd. in Cleveland. This position is responsible for supporting all facets of production operations. These activities include but not are limited to shipping/receiving, safety activities, shop floor cleanliness, along with any other tasks required to support production in meeting our customer demands.

Howmet Engines is a world-class producer of aero engine and industrial gas turbine components, including airfoils, rings, disks, and forgings. We excel in vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings and hot isostatic pressing for high performance parts that enable the next generation of quieter, more fuel-efficient aero engines, and cleaner power generation.

Job Responsibilities

• Kit in-process materials and pack for shipment per given schedule.

• Inject wax-gating parts as needed to complete kits for shipment.

• Provide shop floor associates with needed materials from Core Crib.

• Kit materials for internal processing and place on kitting racks.

• Drain, clean & refill dye dip tanks bi-weekly.

• Melt out scrap wax.

• Any other activities assigned by your manager.
