Shipping & Receiving Clerk Hours: Monday-Friday | 7 am till 3:30 pm (1/2-hour lunch) Location:

Hatboro, PA Pay Rate: $20-$30/hr. (depending on experience) Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Duties: Coordinating and managing all aspects of shipping & receiving responsibilities Prepare outgoing shipment Receive incoming goods Maintain accurate records Ensure inventory levels are properly managed Prepare shipment by labeling, documenting, and scheduling with carriers Arrange and track shipment, while communicating with carries to ensure timely delivery Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any shipping issues Receive an inspect incoming shipment, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders Unload trucks and ensure that all good are properly stored in the warehouse Record and manage all incoming inventory in the company database Communicate with vendors regarding any discrepancies or damaged goods Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records Operate Forklift, pallet jacks, and additional warehouse equipment Additional warehouse duties as assigned Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in shipping and receiving Forklift certified (6000 lbs.) capacity Basic computer skills Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time Please call or text (732) 228-8982 for immediate consideration M1
