Daily Job Duties:

• Create shipping labels using various programs including UPS, FedEx, International Shipping etc.

• Load and unload inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas

• Ensure all incoming deliveries matches company purchase orders

• Store materials in assigned locations using cargo boards and pallets

• Manage inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the location of inventory

• Record the number of units handled and moved every day using production sheets

• Operate various machinery including booms, cameras, cranes, and forklifts to handle materials and inventory

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of shipping experience preferred

• Organizational skills to keep up-to-date records of supply levels

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to deal with external & internal customers

• Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced warehouse environment

• Ability to operate a computer and type data with accuracy

• Knowledge of ERP System (we use Navision) and Microsoft Excel is plus

• Forklift experience, willing to train

Education:

• High school diploma/GED required
