Role Description

We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Associate to support our manufacturing and office operations. Reporting to the PA Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for making sure our facility runs smoothly and to support operations. The ideal candidate will be both able to independently execute day-to-day operations activities as well as be willing to roll up their sleeves to quickly tackle supply or inventory shortage issues. Bringing a positive attitude and aptitude for problem solving, you will work closely with all members of the Form Energy team to provide a great and safe place to work. This opportunity is based out of the Greater Pittsburgh Area at Form Energy's Eighty Four, PA facility.

What You'll Do:

• Manage, track, and maintain all incoming and outgoing shipments with an electronic inventory system to ensure proper quantities of hardware and consumables inventory

• Load, unload, inspect, organize, log and distribute or safely store components and hardware

• Support the shipping of items including wrapping, logging, marking items for shipment, and executing economical freight shipments

• Pull orders from the warehouse area and help to deliver material to the production area utilizing forklift between multiple buildings

• Collaborate and communicate with logistics and service providers involved in shipping and receiving of products

• Work with purchasing to identify items to be asset tagged; tag and enter information in asset log

• Expected to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• Cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly preferred

• Freight and parcel shipping experience preferred

• Prior forklift experience preferred, willingness to learn and be recertified on forklift required

• Experience working hands-on with frequent bending, stooping, sitting and standing

• Strong communication skills within a group of peers and the broader organization

• Flexible person with the ability to shift gears quickly and come back to the original task as needed

• Organized and detail-oriented
