Element has an opportunity for a Shipping and Receiving / Order Entry Technician to join our growing team. In this role you will perform shipping and receiving, responsibilities as well as order entry on day to day basis for our needs in the Greenville Lab.
Log in new orders into D365
Assemble work router packets for new orders
Assist with packing parts and retrieving packed parts from process areas
Label, strap, and wrap containers for shipping and create BOL for all shipments
Scan completed job packets and ensure they are saved into the appropriate folder on the server at least weekly
Skills / Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to interpret testing procedures and requirements
Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
Availability and flexibility to work outside of the normal work schedule when necessary in order to meet client sampling requirements, including working beyond 8 hours or on weekends and/or holidays
