Shipping And Receiving Associate

Job Description Job Description We are now hiring a Shipping & Receiving associate with Reach Forklift experience for a second shift. Job Duties Drive a REACH FORKLIFT Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.

Unpack and sort materials and items received, ensuring proper storage. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and invoices.

Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping. Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment as necessary. Requirements Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.

Flexible Schedule Proficiency in using inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS). Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid forklift certification Ability to work independently and as part of a team. THIS IS A TEMP-TO-HIRE POSITION.
