This exciting opportunity is your chance to help lead exponential growth for one of the largest markets in the OUTFRONT Media portfolio. Reporting to the General Sales Manager , you will take the lead on advising National Agencies and Clients on how to buy the New York market.

OUTFRONT MEDIAs New York office is the largest local media company in the state and is integral to delivering impactful campaigns in the DMA . You will work on RFPs from advertisers and agencies from around the US to ensure that our New York market receives an unfair share of every media buy placed. You will travel to New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami and other major media markets to educate Advertising Agencies and their clients on the audience that OUTFRONT Medias New York market can deliver. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Provide informed, sophisticated, idea generated client/agency proposals to our National AEs Make sales calls on existing out of market Agencies and Clients to help expand our business thoughtfully Assist the National Account Team in providing quality responses to RFP's Ensure timely delivery of both pre and post buy requests and materials Analyze and leverage pricing and inventory to ensure maximum share Responsible for growing the National Account billing for the New York market ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS: Supports and exhibits behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media LLC Acts with diplomacy as a representative of OUTFRONT Media LLC and the Sales Department. Performs other related duties as required QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years media buying and or selling. Strong organizational skills. Proven track record of interpersonal skills and or management skills Knowledge of OOH measurement and agency planning tools To all Recruitment Agencies:

Job Overview: The Assistant Financial Planner role is responsible for driving sales, margin, turn and growth through the development of long range and seasonal top line financial plans that support the assortment vision, merchandising strategy and overall company objectives in support of Financial Planning Director. The position requires strong business acumen and an understanding of Financial Planning. This role requires the ability to translate market, customer and financial data into strategies that will allow Macy's to maximize sales, inventory and bottom line profitability to compete differently in a changing retail environment. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE The Assistant Financial Planner will be known as a trusted, collaborative and results-oriented business partner who possesses professional maturity and ability to build strong partnerships. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable and effective at devising and recommending assortment planning strategies at department, class, and vendor levels. Essential Functions: Pre-Season Financial Planning: * Develop Department/Vendor long range and seasonal financial plans for sales, margin, and turn to FOB goals in partnership with Director, Financial Planning. * Align channel fulfillment strategies back to plan. Identify call outs and surface issues as they arise. In-Season Forecasting & ROF: * Prepare and execute the Rolling Operating Forecast (ROF) for all financial metrics. Providing solutions, communicating risks and opportunities to key business partners. * Create and monitor Daily Sales/Event Plans informing pre-season and in-season forecast. * Project in-season operating forecasts through the official monthly ROF process for all financial metrics. Communicate risks and opportunities to sales, stock and margin plans with recommended actions to merchant partners. * Create the Financial Plan and ROF for all metrics, drive resolution and actions. * Identify in-season receipt needs based on forecast and communicate changes to the open to buy purchase needs, moves and/or cancellation. Private Brands: * Partner with Private Brand Product partners to track performance versus plan and surfacing issues as they arise. * Monitor ROF versus plan in partnership with Private Brands Product, communicating concerns and resolutions. Assortment Vision & Strategy: * Understand seasonal assortment strategy as it aligns with the company vision. Assortment Planning & Selection: * Execute and project Vendor Margin Template (VMT) in collaboration with key business partners. Pricing: * Partner with Pricing to ensure markdown plan and ROF are appropriate and address issues. * Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality. Qualifications: Education/Experience: * Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance or equivalent). * Ideally, 1-plus years of experience in retail, catalogue or ecommerce buying or planning. * Basic understanding of financial performance metrics and financial planning. Communication Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence. Mathematical Skills: * Readily grasps numerical concepts and interprets financial information accurately. Reasoning Ability: * Run and interpret reports and tools assigned by Financial Planner. * Strong analytical and excel skills. Physical Demands: * This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. * May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. * May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. * Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. * May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
