Planning, implementing and monitoring all activities related to Transport Services. Monitors and manages all day-to-day operations of the department, including human resource management, workload prioritization, cost management, and equipment optimization.
Creates a highly efficient, accountable, and collaborative team environment with staff and with customers. Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of three (3) years of patient transport experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
BLS or HeartSaver CPR AED certification required.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree highly preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
EPIC and Lean Process certification preferred. Demonstrates strong operational acumen, critical thinking, prioritization, time management, and delegation skills.ication preferred.
