You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting restaurant standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.

Job Requirements:

  • Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.

  • Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.

  • Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.

  • Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.

  • Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.

  • Must be able to properly lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.

  • Must perform basic mathematics.

  • Must be able to stand for at least an 8 hour shift.

  • Repetitive standing, stooping, and bending as necessary.

Additional Information:

The ideal candidate for these positions will possess:

High School Diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
5-7 years restaurant management or related experience.

Basic reading and mathematics skill.

Must be able stand and walk around for extended periods of time and lift up to 60 pounds.

Great communication skills along with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Maintain a positive professional attitude.

Great stress management.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Great organizational skills.

Familiarity of PC systems including Microsoft Word and Excel very helpful.

And most of all the desire to work in a fun, fast paced environment.

The Clinical Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse-RN) is responsible for the coordination of clinical activities of the Wound Care Center including but not limited to use of organizational skills, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing patient care using hospital and nursing standards. Clinical Nurse Manager Responsibilities: Provides case management to a group of patients providing specific assessments according to protocols and procedures, clinical competence in procedural skills, treatments, and patient/caregiver education related to wound care management. Provides HBO patient assessment and chamber operation as required. Organizes and prioritizes clinical responsibilities, provides direct supervision to clinical staff, (RN, LPN, MA, Med Assist, etc). Collaborates with other health care providers, Wound Care Center Physicians, Program Director, and Medical Director regarding clinic and patient needs. Consistently looks at current processes and procedures and identifies and implements areas of improvement while adhering to HIPAA, JCAHO, DOH as well as hospital and DCS requirements. Collaborates with Program Director and Medical Director to develop, implement and manage a continuous Performance Improvement Program (PIP). Engages in staff development, providing general in services as well as individual instruction and orientation. Provides staff recognition through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback. Collaborates with Program Director in coordination of program objectives, from a budgetary and financial perspective. Collaborates with Program Director and Medical Director to achieve Wound Care Center quality indicators Participate in unit Quality Assurance and improvement and hospital committees as designated. Clinical Nurse Manager Requirements: Licensed Registered Nurse, BSN preferred Must maintain and demonstrates competency in BLS, infections control safety, and all unit required skill review, ACLS preferred.
